Real Estate Agent, duties are as follows:
§ Engages in preparing agreements, recording receipts, and performing other activities necessary to efficiently manage the outflow of the company listings.
§ Evaluates and promotes properties and negotiates contracts with sellers and/or buyers or renters of properties.
§ Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contacts to be made; follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
§ Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned.
§ Prepares presentations and proposals; develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
§ Establishes rapport and maintains contact with contract clients and potential clients.
§ Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services; identifies and resolves client concerns.
§ Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals; reports on special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
§ Following up on new leads and referrals provided by his office or others or the corporate of the region.
§ Follow up with client requests within reasonable time (not more than24 hours).
§ Prospecting for new leads
Skills and Qualifications required:
§ Bachelor degree / Technical degree.
§ Good verbal and written communication skills, with good command of both English and French.
§ Good computer literacy: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet.
§ Excellent organizational skills
§ Attention to detail and accuracy.
§ Ability to handle varied and conflicting demands.
§ Great interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities.
§ Maintain high level of confidentiality.
§ Able to work independently
§ Strong sales skills
