In 2005, the outstanding experience and ambition of Roy Keyrouz paved his way into the regional professional realm with a position at Operations Egypt for Healthcare as Internal Development Executive & Auditor. He was in charge of developing new processes and systems tailored made for new medical insurance products to process highly embedded quality control procedures. He also integrated international medical insurance guidelines unto the system to be able to match international standards with local realities. In the same year, Peguy Fares took her professional experience to the next level as a registered nurse at Al Hayat Hospital CCU/ICU and surgery department, Lebanon. Meanwhile, both Grace Salibi & Tony Ghanem were undergoing the formation process that would ultimately guide their career paths.
In August 2009, Roy Keyrouz earned his promotion at Operations Egypt for Healthcare, when he took on his new role as Senior Sales manager. One of his main responsibilities was to develop the portfolio of the company to reach 34% yearly growth in sales. In her turn, Peguy Fares was always on the lookout for more. In 2009, she moved back to Lebanon, only to take on a higher position at Al Hayat Hospital as Head Nurse of cath-Lab department. She was in charge of the examination room and carefully performed critical imagery on the arteries and chambers of the heart and treated any stenosis or abnormality found. She also became member in the Quality Improvement Team and member in Occupational Health & Safety.
On the one hand, 2010 was an exciting year for Grace Salibi as she began building her expertise as translator, copywriter & communicator with different NGOs and advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett. Her roles consisted of writing copy for ad materials like print ads, brochures, Web sites, commercials and other advertising mediums, contributing ideas for new business and current clients ad strategies, and liaising with clients and colleagues, and meeting project teams to consider advertising requirements.
In the meantime, Tony Ghanem also started taking on different roles in his major, Radio & Television Arts, as freelance photographer, editor and graphic designer. He was in charge of the overall visual appearance and how it communicates visually, stimulates moods, contrasts features, and psychologically appeals to a target audience. On the other hand, after a tremendous success in developing the portfolio of the company,
Roy keyrouz was appointed Board member at Operations Libya for Healthcare in January 2010 to make sure further business development is in place and subsequently customer service is well balanced. The mission of Roy Keyrouz involved training local work force for excellent sales and development, coordinating products, prices and commission schedules with local and international brokers, integrating in tenders, building relationships with brokers and doing extensive direct sales, reporting to the shareholders along with the GM and President on sales results and benchmarks, and setting customer satisfaction surveys.
The year 2011 was a turning point in the professional lives of these four young ambitious people. The passion of Peguy Fares about helping people and making the world a better place led her to taking a new position at H.I.M.C (Hazmieh International Medical Center) as an Anesthesiologist assistant in the OR department. Roy Keyrouz joined Task Merger International sarl as Co-founder Real Estate Investment Advisor & Underwriter while maintaining his role as Board Member at Operations Libya for Healthcare. Roy Keyrouz was in charge of providing visibility studies, risk assessments, sales forecasts planning, bank financing, partnership investment pools, and investment return reconciliation. Grace Salibi took on the position of Development & Partner Relations Coordinator at the Lebanese Society for Development. Her role was vital to the life of the organization as she corresponded with partners abroad and contributed towards raising funds for the development projects. Tony Ghanem graduated in the summer of 2011 with a Bachelor in Radio/TV.
Roy Keyrouz expanded his professional presence to the UK, Dubai & North Africa as Business Development Manager North Africa at Interglobal PMI. Roy Keyrouz was in charge of developing the business of the company in Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq. His experience shaped his potential in coordinating between TPA companies, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, brokers and agents.
Roy Keyrouz attended and created several conferences related to the growth of North African market. As for Peguy Fares, she joined Nextcare as Claims Officer. Her work consisted of the proactive management of claims, at the individual and portfolio level, optimizing, spending and achieving high levels of satisfaction for the insured and broker through high quality claim management, resolution and excellent client service. In her turn, Grace Salibi became the Communications Officer at the Lebanese Society for Development and began handling development of communication objectives and communication plans in addition to composing, editing, designing, producing publications such as newsletters, leaflets and brochures and identifying users, and deciding what to communicate to them and the best forms of communication to use.
Up until 2013, Roy Keyrouz was still maintaining his vital role with Task Merger International sarl. In that same year, Tony Ghanem joined Task Merger International sarl as photographer and editor for Real Estate documentaries and projects. He was responsible for preparing photos for online publishing in post-production requires color correcting, retouching, cropping, sizing and more. Tony Ghanem oversaw all written and photographic content that is to be published while working closely with a team of content providers to meet the needs of various clients. Grace Salibi became copywriter at BLOM Bank. She was in charge of working on the internal magazine, press releases, web content, corporate product manuals, brochures, flyers, annual reports among other duties and projects for the bank affiliates and entities abroad.
These four professionals, each in his/her field of expertise, had a shared vision of mastering their work and professional lives. Their roads converged in 2014. All the years of hard work and travel bore fruit for Roy Keyrouz as he finally started his own business, Roy Keyrouz-Insurance & Wealth Creation Advisors. It was not too long before Tony Ghanem and Peguy Fares joined this outstanding new business, Tony Ghanem as the Media Managing Partner, and Peguy Fares as the Client Outreach Managing Partner. Grace Salibi shortly joined the team as the Online Exposure Managing Partner. This team, with its rich combination of four people with different professional backgrounds, each contributing with their relevant expertise and culture, is committed to deliver and maintain high standard of client service through efficiency, responsiveness and gaining insight into the client s business.
